Do you want to help provide travelers with the best experience in public transport? We are now looking for several dedicated individuals for the role of Traffic Informant in Gothenburg. In this role, you will become an important part of travelers' daily lives by providing information and service in public transport.

About the position: As a traffic informant, you assist travelers with information about fares, routes, traffic changes, and events. The work takes place at various locations in public transport and includes shifts at all hours of the day, every day of the year. The position is part-time.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is at least 18 years old and has completed high school.
• Has a good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Has a service-oriented mindset and always puts the customer first.
• Has good local knowledge and an interest in public transport.
• Is flexible, stress-resistant, and can work weekdays early mornings from 06:00.
• Has high social competence and the ability to meet many different types of people.

Personal qualities: We place great importance on personal suitability. We are looking for someone who is engaged, proactive, and social. You thrive in an outdoor environment, are patient, calm, and stable. Additionally, you are punctual and have a strong work ethic.

Job responsibilities:

• Provide travelers with information about fares, routes, and traffic changes.
• Deliver professional service and respectful treatment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and share experiences.
• Contribute to developing routines and working methods.
• Search for and convey relevant information to travelers.
• Stay updated on the traffic situation.
• Communicate with coordinators and report any deviations.

Mandatory training week 16:

• April 14 from 09:00 to 14:15
• April 15 or 16 from 08:30 to 14:45 (one of the days)
• April 17 from 09:00 to 13:30 (including a 45-minute break)

Employment conditions:

• Start: April 14
• Scope: Part-time
• Salary: According to collective agreement
